No, we do not have a call out charge, just a set labour charge per the hour of service excluding travel.
Yes, we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergencies can be dealt with within the hour.
Electrical Installations should be checked at least once every 5 years as faults can occur and go unrecognised, of which could result in a dangerous situation.
Unless you live in a very old home with antiquated wiring, you probably won't have to replace your existing Electrical Installations. However, if you require more electrical capacity in certain rooms, new wiring runs and additional outlets are likely to be needed.
All costs are brought to your attention prior to the work being carried out subject to fault finding of which costs can only be given on tracing the fault.
If you live in a modern property and have had work carried out within the last 5 years, your electrical installation including your 'Fuse Box / Consumer Unit' should have been brought up-to-date. If you live in an old property we can advise you as to what is required to bring your Electrical Installations up-to-date, in order to give you the maximum protection against faults and indirect electric shocks.
We can carry out a visual inspection and an electrical test to see whether your earthing is safe and adequate for your premises.
